Just had all canvas outside covers and new blinds installed inside our coach. Keith Davis and his crew did a great job within a timely manner. Even When some unexpected things came up. This is not the first job Keith has done for us. He is just very good at his job. Since we are full time, we spend some time in your waiting area which is great.

We purchased a 03 Foretravel U320 in 2017 from you guys and had the best experience ever! Usually after you purchase something from someplace, the level of service decreases. Not here! We were stranded in Las Vegas after hearing noises and was informed by Las Vegas Freightliner we had slack in our 3rd member. After 3 days of searching, they met with negative results in finding the part needed. We called Mark in parts here and within hours had our part ordered. Mark stayed in touch with us throughout the process and made it problem free. Between Mark and Aubrey Lee, we called them at least 10 times over this ordeal. I had a major DC voltage problem on a trip in Alabama. I trusted only MOT with my problem. Eric said bring it in and they would work it in, somehow. He did. Doug and Aubrey traced the actual outage to a relay and then traced the cause to a shorted wire near the generator. I am very impressed with everyone's attitude, expertise and tenacity. You guys are who I will count on in the future!

Brad, you are a life saver! With 16" of snow in my Golden, CO RV storage lot there was no way I could get in. Parked in front of the house for 2 days and the Colorado snow storm hitting us hard in Denver with more Spring Winter weather coming, I decided to call you due to my Foretravel slide not coming in while in rout to Denver & hung up in Gallup, NM for 4 days. With MOT Keith's help on Mother's Day we managed to order the parts needed and have them shipped in next day delivery. Keith is a Mother's Day Miracle to me. We had our recently purchased Foretravel coach in to have shades inside and a awning over three windows on outside installed. We also had a few smaller but necessary things done (thanks for catching some of those Keith). We have good history from a previous coachs renovation and added to that. We have been very happy with the service provided, this time by Keith and Mike, plus everyone else who helped but whom we didn’t meet. While we were there, we were notified at each step of the process and we hooked up for three nights in the parking lot on the MOT2 side while everything was being done. We have very good confidence in your service department and I am sure we will think of something else that we cant live without someday. We also are bringing our coach in next June for annual maintenance before our summer trips. Thanks for taking such good care of us!
